(More customer reviews)I have been using mine since 2005 taken it to Iraq with me twice it has stood up to the cold winters in IL. I have been outside with this on when it was -10 degs out and it keep my head warm.
Never had a problem with it itching. The inside has polyester microfleece the same thing there shirts are made out of so if you have problems with the cold/warm gear shirts making you itch then this will make you itch also. Best thing is if you sweat the inside works the same as there shirts do pull the sweat off your skin. I'm buying another to place in my duty bag and will see how it stand up to the weather in ND.
