(More customer reviews)I switched to these balls on the recommendation of a few peers and I doubt that I will ever go back to another ball. I had been using the Pro V1X balls for quite awhile with the largest problem being the soft outer layer that only lasts for about 2 good wedge shots. The Srixon balls do wear, but they wear at a lower rate then the V1X while still spinning like crazy and exhibiting the same amount or better feel. Driver distance was about the same as the V1X, however I did see a few more yards from Srixon's Z-Stars, but didnt get the same feel for the ball around the greens to warrant the change. If you have a tendency to slice or hook these balls are much easier to find; I had a few that impacted on a wet day that would have been difficult to find without the yellow beacon directing my search.
